Join us for some jewelry making in our private Georgetown studio - located in the Six Arts Workspace. Limited to 5 members - only 3 left!
We’ve built out a fully equipped metalsmithing studio complete with the basic tools you need to create your own custom handmade jewelry. Unlimited Monthly Membership includes:
door code for 24/7 access to both the private studio and shared community space. Your code will be renewed monthly upon payment.
small locker to store your supplies
access to all tools and materials:
2 jeweler’s benches & a simple work table with ample space for crafts
soldering supplies: small butane torch, large map gas torch, soldering blocks, pik, tweezers, flux, solder, pickle pot
general metalworking: jeweler’s saw & blades, pliers & snips, hammers, files, ring & cuff mandrels, bench pin, calipers, ring stretcher/compressor machine, bezel punch, circle cutter, forming/dapping block, metal hole punch, metal sheers, dividers, ring clamps
polishing & finishing: professional flex shaft & bits, bench lathe, magnetic pin finisher
limited copper and brass materials available to work with.
Members must bring their own silver and gemstones - we have some limited styles on hand at the studio available for purchase.
Bring your own lock if you’d like to claim a locker to leave your supplies.
Six Arts is pet friendly, there’s a dog run at the back of the property. Only well behaved pets please!
Our studio is small and cozy - we want to keep it to 3 people max at a time. A calendar will be shared with you when you join to see who’s there and when.
A lot of us are crafty gals with different hobbies - feel free to bring your other crafts to the studio too! Our flex workbench is perfect for whatever you’re up to. The shared community area is also great if you’re a remote worker looking for a change of scenery.
